The open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV, the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the dining area for 6 guests right next to it complete the ground floor. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Through the stairs, you can get to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In the same area, you will find a sitting area, a coffee station, and a large window with a gazing view. This area can easily be used as a bedroom for two guests. The minimal and modern architectural design with high-quality elements and products creates the perfect stay for you and your loved ones. The villa is fully restored and has elements of the genetic period with a combination of modern techniques with new systems of technology.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the private swimming pool for adults. On the first floor, there is a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast and the gazing view.
