Villa Anemi I Sternes Chania
Villa Anemi is a recently renovated luxury villa with a high standard of design and construction quality, located next to Sternes village which is only 5 minute drive away from the well-known sandy beach of Marathi and Loutraki.
The villa can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people if necessary (there is a sofa bed).
The interior design of our luxury villa is modern and functional. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area that contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining table, and an exit to the veranda. On the same floor, there is also a WC.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a king-size bed that can also be set up as two singles. Both bedrooms offer magnificent views from the terrace. On this floor, there is also a bathroom that contains a bath with a tub.
The lower level is a spacious modern open area. It includes a bedroom a kitchen and a living room orientated and equipped as a stylish studio. There is a double bed, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, and a bathroom enclosure with a shower. There is also direct access to the pool area.
The mattresses are designed to offer absolute relaxation and comfort, made from anatomic materials like latex, memory foam, and coconut fibers.
The outdoor area of the villa has a minimal design 2,50 x 9 m swimming pool and a garden area, there is modern outdoor living area furniture, a dining table, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There is also a parking space for 2 cars. The whole outdoor area is private and fenced.
