Indoor facilities
Villa Ariti is a two-floor building of 173 sqm and outdoor 350sqm, which can host up to 8-10 people, ideal for a big family or group. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms one has a double bed (1.80m*2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and the other one has two single beds (0.9m*2.00) that can be used either as singles or as double-sized beds. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed (1.80*2.00) with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements, the stone-faced bedrooms, the ceilings made of wood, the marble-like floor, and the modern furniture create a cozy atmosphere. This is the place where you can enjoy your summer at your own pace! The property is equipped with all the facilities and amenities so that it copes with the needs and ambitions of even the most discerning guests. Right next to the kitchen, there is an airy living room with a smart flat-screen TV and an amazing view of the exterior area of the villa and the endless blue of the Cretan sea.
Outdoor facilities
The exterior area is organized with a swimming pool of 40sqm with a Jacuzzi and a session of kids. A dining table with 6 chairs under a pergola and a comfortable lounge on the patio, the grill where you can have a barbecue, and the sunbeds create the perfect scenery where you can enjoy the Cretan sun and the breathtaking view of the west Cretan sea! The extensive use of stone in the exterior area consists of an element of the Cretan architecture which was always harmonically adjusted to the natural environment of the island. Also, the use of glass in the exterior area creates a sense of transparency and offers an amazing view of the endless blue. The outdoor area lights up at night making the villa even more beautiful and creating the perfect atmosphere for a perfect evening with your loved ones.
