Indoor facilities
Villa Aroma is a 235 sq.m. residence fully equipped to cope with your dreamy vacations and make your experience unforgettable and pleasant. The residence can accommodate up to 10, enabling more people to holiday together. With a design of 5 bedrooms located on the ground floor and stone-faced bathrooms in each one of them creates the perfect place of convenience for you, your family, and your friends. The jaw-dropping view from every side of the villa makes you fall in love with every corner of it even more so. The residence features timeless interiors as well as large windows and terraces that optimize the stunning view of the Cretan Sea. The Villa features a spacious open living room with an eco fireplace and a large kitchen fully equipped to serve your needs. Also, don’t forget that the cleaning services are always on time and are performed every two days.

Outdoor facilities
Once you step outside the Villa you will enjoy and relax under the warm Aegean sun and you are welcome to lie on the sunbeds or dive into the swimming pool one for adults and a smaller one for kids. The open terraces with lounge furniture, a dining area, a kitchen, and a grill will wait for your summer gatherings. Spend time in the outdoor area and savor the sunny moments while gazing at the endless blue. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.

• Panorama Grill Restaurant (for breakfast- lunch -dinner) with the ability of pre-booked amenities. The place is designed for various events with picturesque views that can be attended by up to 50 people. It has a kitchen with a grill which can be used by the residents themselves, for catering services, or by a personal chef.

• Romantic chapel for events or ceremonies
• Private beach right in front of the villas with a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room, and a freshwater shower
• Club car that moves around the complex. Tell the staff, and in a few minutes you will be transported to the lower cluster, where a chapel, playground, as well as fitness and grill areas, are located, or directly to the beach

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
