Indoor facilities
Villa Artemis is a two-story villa of 95 sqm in a plot of 4000 sqm, consisting of two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor. This villa can host up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom, one of them is ensuite with a shower while the second one is communal for all the guests. The luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with colors that remind you of the sea and with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom while on the first floor through the wooden glass stair, you’ll see the second bedroom with the ensuite bathroom that awaits for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool for adults at 0.90m depth and it gets deeper to 1,40m. The outside area is an extension of the house with sitting sunbeds and umbrellas where you can enjoy the Cretan sun. The layout of the property is refreshingly laid-back, featuring bright, fresh living spaces including a gas BBQ, a dining area, and a successive sitting area, ideal for those who love socializing with a glass of wine, while preparing dinner together. From the outdoor stairs, you will reach the balcony on the first floor, A parking area is provided outside of the villa.

Heated Pool Policy                                                                                                                                                 The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three or four days' advance notice for this facility.
