Villa Avra is a 230 m2 villa, located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, and modern design. This villa is designed to accommodate up to 9 persons, it has 4 airy bedrooms that present an architectural splendor of minimalist design. Villa Avra is a two-floor villa, on the ground floor there is an open plan space offering a lot of light through its large patio doors that open directly onto the garden and poolside area. The sitting area has a comfy sitting sofa for 8 and a 55’’ flat smart TV with satellite channels for an amazing movie night. Pretty close there is a sleekly designed kitchen and the dining area providing all the necessary appliances required to make your cooking experience memorable. The extensive use of glass creates a sense of transparency and the large doors lead to the pool deck with its second lounging area. The villa has 4 bedrooms with the first one situated on the ground floor featuring a double bed with access to the veranda via the patio doors. The ensuite bathroom of this bedroom has a shower cubicle with a rain shower and a separate communal WC is convenient for all the guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle featuring a rain shower, and a 40’’ smart TV with satellite channels. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also an ensuite bathroom with a large shower cubicle with a rain shower and an amazing feature of a slatted window that offers you the ability of the exterior view even while taking a shower! Last but not least for those who want to have more privacy, there is a separate studio which is reached by the external door on the ground floor right opposite the main villa entrance. Two single beds can be made into a Queen bed and a three-seater sofa offers a place to relax while enjoying the view and a movie on the 43’’ smart flat-screen TV with your loved ones.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is spacious and offers panoramic sea views and a beautiful sunset. The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool 55m2 and 1,40m in depth, which wraps around the villa creating a sense of waterfront living. The ability of a heated pool is also offered for an additional daily charge. In the sunbeds that are next to the pool, you can soak up and enjoy the Cretan sun. The barbecue area with a sink and a dining table for 8 chairs under the pergola is the perfect spot for fresco dining. Don’t forget that parking is available for 2 cars at the side of the house. The perfect location of the villa offers proximity to many beautiful beaches and resort areas and also a trip to the historic city of Chania. Don’t forget that a parking area is offered for 2 cars.
