Indoor facilities
Villa Charlotte is a two-story villa that can host up to 12 guests, divided into two properties, consisting of five bedrooms, two on the ground floor with double-size beds with a sea view, and on the upper floor, there are three more double-size beds. Fully harmonized with nature and suitable for your family and loved ones, a place where you can share unique moments of rest, relaxation, and joy. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The architectural design that has been used is the reason why this villa is completely different from all the others while the meantime modern and luxury furnishing completes the property and gives the perfect space to relax and have private carefree days. The access to the exterior area directly offers fantastic sea and pool views. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. On the upper floor, there are three double-size beds with ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and a gazing sitting area. A fully equipped gym is suitable for all the guests and allows you to keep up with your fitness routine while in the meantime you are enjoying your vacation.  

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
