First floor

The main entrance from the first floor leads to a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The dining area suitable for 12 guests is serviced by a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofas and big window doors… the best place to gaze at the view of enjoying your drink. The floor consists of 3 contemporary bedrooms with direct access to the balcony. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and flat-screen 40’’ TV. The third bedroom has direct access to the entrance with a view of the yard and a flat-screen TV. Two communal bathrooms are available for all the guests on the first floor.

Ground floor

Airy open-plan space with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen 55’’ TV with satellite channels and Netflix is set in the living area. Dine in the dining area which is suitable for up to 8 guests, gazing at the amazing sunset. On the same floor, there is a separate room with a washing and dryer machine. Two airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, direct access to the balcony with the amazing sea view. Both rooms have flat-screen 32’ TV. There is also a third bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Please note, that all bedrooms have two single beds which can be converted into double beds.

Second Floor

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage, and a bathtub.

In the attic, there is a Coco-Mat sofa bed suitable for two adults or two children. The rooms are equipped with a TV, a shower room, and a private veranda. Enjoy your drink on the veranda with your company, making a bath in the Jacuzzi overlooking the amazing view of the sea.

Outdoor, the villa is covered by a big plot of grass. Let your kids play in the yard while you are drinking your cocktail near the pool. What better way to relax during your holidays is by swimming in the infinity pool of 110 sq.m. or taking a nap in the sunbeds?

A well-organized outdoor BBQ area with a wooden oven, and a dining table covered with a wooden pergola. The ideal place to organize a BBQ party for you and your company, cooking a traditional Cretan recipe.

Free parking area suitable for 5 cars on the ground floor.
