Indoor layout

Entering the villa through the main entrance on the ground floor and following the entrance hall, this floor hosts three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively (the single beds also can be transformed to be a double one if it is needed). Also, a bathroom with a bath is found on the same floor.

Reaching the first floor through an elevator or a staircase, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 60” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top-quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a spacious balcony with a dining table that offers spectacular sea views. A bedroom with a double bed and a WC is also located on the first floor.

Reaching the lower floor (pool level) through the elevator or the staircase, there is a gym with a variety of fitness equipment such as a weight bench, an abs bench, a boxing bag, an exercise ball, and fitness multifunctional apparatus.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
