Villa Giasemi is part of a complex of three villas located in the village of Kalamitsi, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. Indoor facilities
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen for a cooking experience that will be unforgettable, a dining area, and an airy living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. A two-bedroom residence set on two floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay at the same time with king-sized double beds. A staircase next to the living room leads you to the second floor, where you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The essence of luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements. 

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool and a lounge area with sunbeds, making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. At night, the villa lights up showing even more beautiful than it already does! With a glass of wine, you can enjoy the evening with your loved ones under the starlit sky.

Villa Giasemi is part of three luxury villas. Villa Amygdalia (3-bedroom villa), Villa Giasemi (2-bedroom villa), and Villa Krinos (3-bedroom villa). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 8, and guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
