Villa Golden Hill is a new villa that offers relaxing and luxurious holidays. It is built on a private hill, 2 km outside the small traditional village of Malaxa and overlooking the city of Chania and Souda bay. The whole surrounding area is in a quiet natural environment and even though the city is close, you can feel “away from it all”! The outdoor swimming pool and the windows allow you to enjoy the spectacular sea view that the location offers.

Villa Golden Hill is a 450 sq. m luxury villa with high-standard construction quality and rich facilities for the whole family. Located on a private and fenced hill of 6,000 sq.m just on the outskirts of Chania city, the villa offers total quietness and probably the best panoramic view over the Cretan island and the sea! Feel that you are staying over the sky as the villa is located 600 meters over the sea level and Chania city but only a few km away from them! A peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children, couples, newlyweds, and people with good taste. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 47” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. There is also another sitting area with a great view spreading in front of it. The living room area opens to a veranda with a sitting area which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. Additionally, an organized office room and a toilet are also found on the same floor.

Reaching the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also the main bathroom with Jacuzzi on the same floor. Spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from all the bedrooms on the first floor.

A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor, there is a gym, an open plan area consisting of the playroom area, and the secondary kitchen. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, abs equipment, a fitness multifunctional apparatus, and exercise balls. The spacious and cozy playroom area contains a large sofa, 50” HDTV, Playstation4 with games, board games, toys for young children, and a billiard. There is also a ping pong table on the veranda outside of the playroom area.

Moreover, there are two bedrooms on the same floor, one with a bunk bed and the other one with two single beds which also can be set up as double beds. A bathroom with a shower is also found on this floor.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by more than 150 different kinds of flowers and trees and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
