Happy Villa is an ideal choice for a group of friends, couples, or families who seek a sophisticated ambiance for relaxing and look for the perfect base to explore the Chania area and the West of Crete. It is situated at the entrance of Galatas village and enjoys panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Ag. Theodori Island, Chania town, and the ‘Lefka Ori’ mountains. The villa is owned and designed by two architects who have discreetly created a modern premise with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Happy Villa consists of a ground floor, a first floor, a top floor, and a basement, a total of 305m2. The villa is endowed with several balconies with the main one overlooking the heated swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room area, a kitchen, and a WC. Apart from the six satellite TV’s in all rooms of the villa, there is a big 50-inch TV in the living room equipped with PS4 with two controllers, Netflix and Spotify subscription, and surround home cinema speakers, There is also a windows mini pc connected to the screen and a powerful Bluetooth speaker. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Every bedroom has a balcony. The top floor of the villa has superb views of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island, on the north side, from the south side, you can enjoy the scenery of the ‘Lefka Ori’ mountains. There is one bedroom with two single beds, one shower room, one WC, and a sitting room area which can also accommodate two people with its double sofa bed. In the basement of the villa, there is a well-equipped gym room, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a two-space indoor car park.
