The first floor hosts two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (1.80x2.00), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, A/C, and private balconies boasting panoramic sea and mountain views.

On the first floor, Bedroom 4 offers a king-size bed, A/C, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with striking views over both sea and mountain—an ideal suite for guests seeking a quiet retreat within the villa.

Building B features a private outdoor jacuzzi (0.90m) with sun loungers and lush greenery for relaxation. Nearby, a private gym with weights, a static bike, and an exercise ball offers a peaceful spot to stay active. The landscaped lawn completes this tranquil outdoor retreat.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated at an extra cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request seven days' advance notice for this facility. The payment is in cash on arrival.
