Kaliva residence is a luxurious brand new two-floor Villa covering 110 sq. m. The Villa provides comfortable accommodation, it can host up to 7 people and its wonderful position offers a stunning sea view from almost everywhere you stand. The villa features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, as well as a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The ground floor boasts two bedrooms with double beds and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. On the top floor, one more bedroom can be found with a double bed and a fully equipped en suite bathroom. All villa bedrooms along with the living room area are air-conditioned while ground-floor bedrooms are also equipped with roof-top wooden fans providing a perfect in-room temperature. Last but not least, high-quality natural bathroom amenities are also provided. Its design is ideal for families or groups of friends as it offers privacy and intimacy at the same time! Kaliva residence opens up to a modernly designed, open-plan space, featuring a living room area and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with everything you may need for a self-catered vacation.
