Indoor facilities
Villa Kallos is a property in which the charming features will enchant guests that it has to offer. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and a satellite bright screen TV for unforgettable cozy nights with friends and family. Right next to there is a dining room with a table for 8, where you can enjoy elegant meals that can be prepared in the fully- equipped and modern kitchen. The greatest element of this villa is the extensive use of stone and glass, something that gives you direct access to the pool and the gazing view. The whole house has direct access to the exterior area because of its design and the extensive use of glass. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double size bed and a satellite smart TV with access to an indoor veranda. The second bedroom has a double size bed with a smart satellite TV. Last but not least, on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with double size beds and a satellite smart TV with a mountain and sea view from the balcony. One communal bathroom with a shower & a WC exists on the ground floor adequate for all the guests and a communal bathroom with a shower on the upper floor.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large private swimming pool. Next to the pool, there is a dining area with a dining table of 8 people under a pergola where you can enjoy your drinks or food under the starlight sky.
