Villa Lyra is part of a four-luxury villa complex located in Agia Pelagia, is a two-story and 225 sq.m villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with panoramic sea views, a private swimming pool, and a separate children's swimming pool. All the services and amenities are designed in a way to provide the guest with a stay with relaxation and comfort. Both interior and exterior areas are organized and offer complete luxurious privacy.

Indoor facilities
Villa Lyra consists of five modern designed bedrooms on the ground level with en suite bathrooms. Three of them have an amazing view with panoramic windows to the Cretan sea and the two of them have a skylight atrium. Each bedroom has a stone-faced bathroom and a separate WC is located on the first floor which is suitable for all guests. The living room is located on the upper level designed with the aesthetic of minimalism and modern architecture with a selection of high-quality elements. In the living room, there is a flat-screen smart TV and an artificial eco fireplace. Right next to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, which allows the guest to even cook and try some of the traditional Cretan dishes.

Outdoors facilities
The large swimming pool filled with fresh water and surrounded by a green well-tended area captures the eye of every guest and becomes the favourite place in the villa offering at the same time a mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean sea. On the right side of the pool, there is a pergola with a dining area, kitchen, and grill where the guests can relax, and taste some traditional dishes. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

Panorama Grill Restaurant (for breakfast- lunch -dinner) with the ability of pre-booked amenities. The place is designed for various events with picturesque views that can be attended by up to 50 people. It has a kitchen with a grill which can be used by the residents themselves, for catering services, or by a personal chef.

Romantic chapel for events or ceremonies
Private beach right in front of the villas with a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room, and a freshwater shower
Club car that moves around the complex. Tell the staff, and in a few minutes you will be transported to the lower cluster, where a chapel, playground, as well as fitness and grill areas, are located, or directly to the beach.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.
