The stunning Villa Mare Vista in Plaka is the ideal place to spend your carefree, and luxurious holidays in Crete. Its excellent and secluded location, together with the upgraded facilities and our bespoke service, will make you never want to leave this place! The Villa is suitable for families and groups of friends, spreading through 270 sqm and a plot of 4290 sqm, while it’s spacious enough to host up to 7 guests. The villa on the ground floor has an open plan living room with a sofa and a big satellite smart screen TV and windows that allow you to gaze at the exterior area. On the same floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances so that you can enjoy your meals with your loved ones and have an unforgettable cooking experience. Next to this area, there is a dining area for 8 guests and a communal W/C suitable for all the guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed with an incredible sea view from the balcony, an ensuite bathroom, and a satellite smart TV. Right next to this room, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa that can be used as a single bed, an A/C, a gazing view from the balcony, and a satellite smart TV. The third bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed, a satellite smart TV, a desk, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and amazing sea views from the balcony where it has a lounge area with chairs and a table.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool that exists offering moments of relaxation and a gazing view of the Cretan sea. The sunbeds offer you the ability to enjoy the Cretan sun and right next to them, there is a Barbeque area where you can enjoy your meals under a pergola. The villa has a swing and a living area with two pieces of furniture for relaxing moments for you and your loved ones. Don’t miss that there is a private parking space for cars!
