Indoor facilities
Villa Mariva is a two-story villa that can host up to 5 persons, and consists of two bedrooms, one of them are located on the ground floor and the other one is on the first floor.  On the ground floor, you will find a double-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a shower, and all the necessary amenities. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the same floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. Facilitates cooking, and preparing meals, and snacks, as include a fridge, freezer, kitchen, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and of course, cutlery glasses, cookware, and a dishwasher. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV. On the upper floor, you will find the second bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a double-size bed with a large terrace with chairs.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. The location of the villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
