Villa Sardines III consists of three spacious bedrooms which are designed in contemporary style. The modern design of the bathroom offers moments of calm and comfort right next to the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen provides the guests with all the necessary appliances. A sense of hospitality exists in every corner of this villa, making your stay a comfortable and unforgettable experience. For the amateurs of the gym and their well-being, the Villa provides the guests with fitness equipment so they can stay in shape.

Outdoor facilities
A heated saltwater swimming pool offers you the opportunity to enjoy the Greek sun. A private garden surrounds the property and the outdoor area which is fully equipped and treats the guest with a dining experience under the starlit sky. All services cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests. No need to mention that there is a terrace with a view from the top. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.
