Indoor facilities
Seacrete villa 1 is a three-story villa built on the highest point of the property. From the villa, you can see the entire Akrotiri Peninsula and the town of Chania the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the sunset, Entering the villa from the entrance level you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has all the necessary appliances and facilities, that will make your holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. A dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with direct access to the exterior area and the pool are located pretty close to the kitchen. On this level, there is a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests. The villa consists of four bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and an amazing view of the exterior area. A large terrace completes the area, where you can enjoy the amazing sea and pool view. The other three rooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with double-size beds and ensuite bathrooms offering complete privacy and autonomy.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool and the lounge area with sofas which makes it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra charge. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a parking area is provided outside of the villa. Special note that the complex offers accessibility to a tennis court.
