Villa Sunset is a three-storey villa with 190 sqm internal and 35 sqm external that offers complete relaxation and privacy for a memorable summer vacation. Decorated with contemporary artwork and vibrant colors that blend with the house itself as well as its surrounding. On the entrance of the ground floor, there is an open-air living room with direct access to the swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels awaits for you to enjoy a movie on the cozy sofas. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped and modern kitchen, and spending a splendid evening in the elegant dining room. In the basement, there is an open-air dining area, a kitchen, and a WC. The selective use of elements and products creates an architectural splendor of minimalist design, celebrating a creative dialogue between indoor and outdoor living that blends in harmony with the island’s surroundings. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double-size beds can be divided into two single beds if necessary, and a flat-screen TV with sophisticated spots that are underlined by the use of marble. One of the bedrooms has two single beds which can be an elegant feature that creates a minimal and impactful design that completes the general atmosphere of the residence. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower offering a relaxing stay in this villa.

Outdoor facilities
The features of the exterior area will catch your eye! A dominant swimming pool (3*7/ 1,20-1,50 depth) and sunbeds are located in front of the villa letting you enjoy the sun and the sea view. The extensive use of glass creates a sense of transparency and elevates the design of the villa. Next to the pool, there is a jacuzzi and a dining area with a gas barbeque under a pergola where you can have the perfect summer nights with your loved ones under the starlight sky! A parking area is offered for one car and there is also space right in front of the villa for more vehicles.
