The surrounding landscape is the main feature of the design that the Villa provides. Big windows are built from wall to wall allowing sunlight to flood the interior of the Villa and let you enjoy the spectacular sea view and the warm Cretan sun.
The main entrance from the ground floor with an airy open place space that consists of a living area with a big flat-screen TV, stereo, and direct access to the pool area. Near the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the main floor.
On the lower level, an airy living area, a well-organized kitchen with a dining table, and a cellar waiting for you and your company! Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the lower level of the villa. One of them has direct access to the outdoor area where there is a built sofa and a dining table!
Five delightful and well-equipped bedrooms all have air conditioning, a garden or pool view, and en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have king-sized beds (1.80*2.00) and two single beds (2*1.00*2.00).
Villa Votsalo is designed with magnificent exterior space. The private swimming pool with sunbeds offers relaxing moments and fun, admiring the great sea view. The large outdoor dining area provides a pergola which is designed to allow sunshine as well as a little shade for the warm hours of the day. The swimming pool of 45 Sqm can be heated on request and only one pool can be heated at a time by the two existing pools of the estate with the use of a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 120 euros per day extra (extra charge applies for higher temperatures required). We request three days' advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect. Min use is 5 days.
