Villa Wine is a luxury two-leveled villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The ground floor of the villa boasts a large living room, the dining area, the first bedroom, the first bathroom, and the kitchen. All are decorated in a minimal sense with modern touches. The upper level boasts the rest 3 bedrooms and the 3 full en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the rest 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The single beds can be converted and used as double beds. All of the bedrooms have stunning views and large balconies.
From the main living area, large patio doors lead out to the open sun terraces that surround the beautifully designed private pool of 40 sqm. Offering breathtaking views, the exterior of Nikolioudis Villa Wine is ideal for having a great time with your family or friends. The outdoor area is spacious and provides parasols, sunbeds, and a dining area, next to the large BBQ. This villa has also private parking for up to 3 cars.
